BeanBagOnline Warranty Policy
How long is our Warranty Period?
We want to make sure that our customers get a product that is in good order. BeanBagOnline warrants the product to be free from defective workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Defective Product
If the product is defective, we will repair the product at no charge to the owner. Such repair and replacement services shall be rendered by us.
Usual Repairs and replacement
Parts used for replacement will be charged at cost if the product is deemed by us to not be defective but as a result of any action on the part of the owner, which then requires repair or replacement.
What you must do for our Warranty Service
You must contact us by sending us an email at [email protected]. You must have a printed/electronic copy of your purchase invoice or receipt. A collection and delivery service can be arranged at nominal cost (approx. SGD 20)
What is not covered in this Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
• Products which have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration or modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, or lack of reasonable care;
• Damage due to act of God, or cosmetic damage;
• Refurbished, Displayed products, or Factory seconds.
Final Determination by us.
We reserve the right to decide on all questions relating to complaints as a result of defective workmanship or material, and you shall agree to abide by such a decision.
Product - Refunds, Returns and Exchange Conditions
Should you be in any way dissatisfied with the product, you may
Return of Product
Arrange to return the product within seven (7) days from the date of purchase to get a refund less 25% of the purchase price of the product on the invoice (being administrative charges) subject to the below clause (a) & (b):
(a) Goods returned are in good condition and are not damaged in any way, be it cosmetic or
otherwise.
(b) Good faith has been shown and there is reasonable cause for the return.
We reserve the right to refund all or part of the moneys relating to the purchased product depending on our judgment of the condition of the product returned.
Exchange of Product
You can arrange to exchange the product for another product / design within 7 days from the date of purchase subject to the below clause (a) - (d)
(a) Goods for exchange are in good condition and are not damaged in any way, be it cosmetic or
otherwise.
(b) Good faith has been shown and there is reasonable cause for the exchange
(c) To pay the difference in price if the new Exchange product is higher in price than the old Product.
(d) To pay the transportation charges of $25 for the delivery and collection is required
