Does my bean bag come filled with beans?

Yes, all our beanbag comes pre-filled to a comfortable level.  We usually add a little extra beads to account for the eventual settling of the beans during shipping and transportation of  your new beanbag.


Are your prices inclusive of bean filling and Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

Yes, all bean bag prices shown include bean filling.  There is no GST as we have absorbed the GST charges..


How often should I top-up my bag with beans ?  

You should top-up your bean bag whenever you feel it is necessary. If your bean bag no longer feels as comfortable as it once did, add the new beans in small quantites to your comfort level.  Topping up your bean bag is normal as the beans gets compressed after a period of usage. 


I had an accident and my bean bag needs repair.. what can I do ?

We can assist in repairs to your beanbag.  Drop us an email with a picture of the damage, and we will quote you our nominal charges for the pick up and repair of your beanbag.
